Quiet - try it!

Hi hi hi!!!
How have you been? Are you well? Do you smell? Do tell! 

So much sorry sorry for no letter last week, I was very under the weather!
(Why do we say 'under the weather' when sick? Since we're always pretty much under the weather as a rule... I must ponder this...)
Today I am sick again, with a headache so sore I wasn't able to even go walk in the park!
Therefore I will share a bunch of park photos!! 
Let's live vicariously through them! 

Like look how pretty the park was last week! I can say that if you get the urge to just sort of plunge into the long grass and get all soaked with dew - do it, it's marvelous!
(Ideally though in open shoes or barefoot, otherwise you end up with soggy socks... *small tear falls from experience*)
Light through trees is best light! 

These little frogs were so small, I don't think I can tell you how small they smalled!

Some birds have the most beautiful feathers,  I think this might be from a starling?
I'm always finding feathers and wanting to collect them but never then knowing what to do with them once I do, now we just leave them for small kids and other collectors to find and crow (pun!) over!

I wanted the bell on this bunny, and so B bravely, without a thought for himself, stepped up to the plate, literally, and gobbled down the whole choccie bunny! Some heroes wear napkins!
We don't really have napkins but admit it, it's fun to say:
Napkins, napkins, napkins! 

A footprint on a footprint while a foot is printed just inside the photo!
There must be some deep philosophy there somewhere...

Doesn't this photo make it look like I only have 4 fingers in total?
And a very long hand? 
Yes, the tomatoes were scrumptious, thank you for asking! 

No no hear me out, if you were into the occult, say witchcraft and spells and such, but didn't have a wicca shop by you, why not try your local Chinese supermarket?

Suddenly 'napkin' is not so bad...

My book had a typo where they misspelt 'Live' and when I searched for all the mistakes it made for some hilarious reading...

PRESENTS TO GET THE PERSON WHO THINKS THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!
(But is about to horribly learn otherwise!)

1. Toilet Golf - for that lovely, but severely constipated, friend who enjoys their outdoor sports a tad bit more indoors, balls and holes seems oddly appropriate... 

2. The pastel Rubik's cube from hell with even more complexity for you to never finish....
at least my hand looks like it has 5 fingers here! 

3. The 'I'm watching you while you play your toilet golf' imp head...The eyes are glass and reflect eerily in certain lights...
I see some kid accidentally finding this in their parents closet and the whole family having to go to therapy afterwards...

In Other News:

We had a noticeable thunder storm last, last week and I was in the shower, grabbing the cold water handle and DZZZZZZT!! I got a mother whumping electric shock!
I am happy to say that besides it being rather shocking, haha, I did manage to survive it - I checked!

I managed 4 days of work last week! And it looks like 3 days this week (Friday is a public holiday) 

I am healing up beautifully! My chest scar is a bit tight but I do stretch it out best I can and am hoping to nuke it in Bio-oil to soften it up a little! I would say it is 80% solidly healed up with just a bit of pain and weakness that I am slowly getting over. You do feel mighty overcoming some things!!! 

I did my health check and the nurse told me my body type is 'skinny-fat' (thin arms and legs, pudgy belly), she suggested I go to the gym to help sort it out...
I go to the gym EVERYDAY ALREADY!!!
😭

I think that's all for this week! It was a lovely quiet 1 wasn't it?
We do need that sometimes!!!
So please do have a lovely week, if you are in South Africa enjoy.... mumble mumble... day for the public holiday on Friday! If not, well then just enjoy the rest of the week extra because you can!

Allo! How goes? What have you been up to and will your descendants ever live it down? (I don't have descendants so LOOPHOLE!) Right, lets get down to the meaty chunks (literally) straight away! I fully engaged in having 1 of these last Monday and so that is why there was no weekly letter: Basically it's having both Boobs snipped off! Do they allow use of the word 'Boob' here? Hope so!  side note : aren't the blurry lights from Bren's PC most beautiful?! Anyone who's had bits of their bits snipped open/up/off will instantly recognize the ever fashionable outfits they get you to wear at surgery... I managed to put the surgical gown on the wrong way round with the opening at the front, not the back. I thought it looked dead stylish but the nurse insisted that my bum, decked out in these elasticated undies, had to poke through the back or the doctors feelings would be hurt.  Possibly it's a cultural thing...  Sadly the surgery ended in tragedy... 😭 Okay obv...

Goodest of Good Day to you!! How have you been? What have you been up to and did it leave your toes tingling?! I thought so!  I have been SO MUCH BETTER lately! A few dietary tweaks for the better, a lot of rest, a smidgeon less stress, and my life force is back to   BEAMING ! Thank Smurf!! Seriously lying about ill is no fun, everyone with a Chronic illness, I FEEL YOU!!!! Take it easy please!   During my incarceration time spent at home, I did watch the birds! We have some fantastic little fellows who bob along and sing and clumsily chase after bugs and provide utter amusement for those with the time to sit and stare out the window at them. This large friend came visiting recently and had his own impromptu photo shoot!  Don't you wish you could eat those beautiful berries too? (Please do not eat those beautiful berries, they are the Berries of Deepest Regret and not made for human tummies) And yes, much time was spent in the park, walking illness off.  Sw...

New Year, New You Hoo!!!

Hello! Good day! Good year!  Tire brand! And there is our word association game of the day!  I do hope you are weller than well and ready to take on the day with the ferocity of a cornered shrew!  Any BIG plans for the year? I always find small plans tend to be less stressful and actually stick & work out, have you noticed? So saying I don't have any.  We had a lovely holiday, I actually thought it would be more along the lines of this:  But actually we were rather  out  &  about!  All over really! It was great fun! I did sneak into work from the 17th to the 20th, they still took the leave off, but I got to use the water here and have the whole place nearly to myself - it was GLORIOUS!  Mind you, guess which small, bouncy person worked on the only floor where they didn't put the lights on?
