A dirty feet...
Hi, Hello!!!
Is all sweet & savory your side?
Nothing too sour & bitter?
Being your usual salty self?
Anyone else now feeling vaguely nibbly?
Last week, being of sound mind but sickly body, I did a LOT of walking. When you have terrible headaches and your stomach thinks you're lost on a wild & stormy sea, I find it helps to go out and move your body - sometimes this makes you feel better and other times, if you're going to ache and feel miserable, you might as well do it while looking at interesting things - win win!
With all the rain and cooler temperatures we've had mushrooms and toadstools have really come into their own! (Oh don't you long one day to see a real toad on a toadstool? Just to satisfy scientific curiosity?) I wish we had the stomach to be able to eat them... (The mushrooms, not the toads, I think people already eat those...)
Funny thing is the pictures give you no idea of the size of each fungi, like the flat brown mushrooms were wider than my hands, and the orange pretty ones hardly bigger than a finger! Well if we can't eat them than at least we can very much enjoy their presence!
The cosmos is really blooming all over the park by us, there's an absolute sea of delicate prettiness!
In some areas, if there's not a lot of humans about and it's still as still, you can hear the sound of the hundreds and hundreds of bees busily buzzing about, a lovely hummmmmmm... I think working at an apiary must be so soothing...
(At least for the sound, kitting up to go get the honey might amp the stress up a little...)

People come from all over to take photos of the flowers, or have photo-shoots done in the flowers!
This one looked the most fun though the horse was skittish of the dogs walking past.
Jo went about barefoot as usual....
Which proved to be rather useful in some areas... okay okay I didn't HAVE to walk in the deep, slimy, immensely satisfying mud pools, but you know, when in Rome out roaming...
Puddle walking is NOT recommended for the faint of heart or skittish of step, you can't see what's in there so it's a very delicate process moving from A to Blup! I did not fall in for all I felt some onlookers had hopes in that direction.
Mud is not to be confused with chocolate, which would make this photo a lot more disturbing if it was...
Oh look, sprinkles!
Alright, I can take a hint - move away from the feet Hudsonarooni!! (But admit it they are cute! ♥)
Perhaps you'd like to see this heart-melting sunrise from Saturday?!
All that beauty and on a weekend day just starting? Serious harmony vibes!
Speaking of vibes, there was a little drone flying up and down our office on Friday. It was so tiny but the noise was incredible! Can you spot it in the photo? (Honestly I can't and I know where to look!)
Hint: The white thing floating just below the banner at the other end of building, just above the small round piece of garden.
p.s. ants, small spiders and yes even tiny mosquitoes, can still get in, nature finds a way!
And some ways nature finds are definitely interesting! I call this 'The Photo of Forbidden Fruit' because I'm not sure I'd stick my hand near live electric wire just get it... I like the nickname Sparky to be for my personality and not for the way I very literally light up a room when I enter it...

No I wouldn't ask Bren to get it either... 😑
These chips are gluten free, low sodium and popped not fried - and also for pets!
Mister B anyway is too busy trying not to fall for absolute cuteness when it wants to come inside our home and hop onto the PC and sleep there.
Invite me inside....
Yeah we've watched vampire movies....
I see the majority of folk who buy this as having a small dog in a smaller purse with the smallest, pursed mouth (The owner or the dog...)
Bet many people eat them too, just to try them! Oh, Hey Bren I've just had an idea...!
So huge!!!
No we didn't buy any, we wanted money left over for rent this month...
In other news
My op scar is not for everyone and that is why I don't blog it, but still how mean not to be able to here, it's so gruesome and interesting....
There are a few more videos up on my Youtube channel! Yay! I seem to get into moods to make a few then go silent for a while, rinse and repeat!
Please enjoy! ^_^
(NEW FOLK: I will pop a list of links below!
REGULAR ♥ FOLK: See above if you're interested or don't have certain one's you'd like!)
Bren's heel hurts a ton after he walks a lot. I think it might be planter fasciitis, he thinks it might be a hairline fracture, so it's probably neither. I will have to hog-tie him to go see a doctor - and people wonder why I go to gym so much! *images of hoisting B over her shoulder dance in her head*
It's almost April! In South Africa this brings many smiles to many faces as, not only do Easter holidays come around for religious and heathen alike, but also a few other public holidays that makes this month almost a write off for most businesses (We will suffer for it later in the year when we have a dry span of holidays before Xmas time). How will you use your last week of March?
There we go, all the news-iest news for you!
Have a week well worth your efforts regardless of what you do,
From the couple that will do so by having some nice snacks along the way,
~JoBren!
