Totting floating!
Hi!
Hello!
Annyeonghaseyo! <-- Hello in Korean! I had to Google it too!
How are you? What grabs your attention these days, all the marvels that steal your breath away? (and hopefully return it afterwards...!)
I am officially nominating January as Best Month of the Year!
Okay okay, it's the only month we've had so far this year, but still!
We have had so much rain, and cooler weather, the world is so stunningly green, I think this is what it must be like to live in rural Britain! Or like Switzerland if someone stole the mountains!
Everything smells of living things! (Which can sometimes be a mixed blessing...)
Rain is amazing!
My view from the car window as we, literally, streak by!
Zooooooooooooom!
And if another car goes past into a deep, spraying puddle... more pet raindrops!!
The office isn't taking the rain too well though, there are buckets & bins and all sorts of things, out and about straining to catch all the
tiny
tricky
raindrops!
that
get
everywhere!
The storm also knocked down a chonky branch from this tree!
You have to be very careful going around it...
VERY CAREFUL!
One last clomp of Jacaranda flowers! We were so happy to find it because it was the last bunch we saw before they all went away - it was seen, it was noted and it existed!
Perfect!
Meanwhile drama indoors! One of the malls is trying to catch the free-flying, free-range pigeons that have decided to live inside the building. I think they've started to nest and, given enough time and generations, started to evolve into their own specialized mutation of mall-pigeon! (They're like normal pigeons only they demand to see the manager if their crumbs are stale!)
Doesn't this bow look a tad unsettling? Like a large, looming spider, or limby creature, with it's back legs folded underneath it while the front legs creep, creep, forward, prospecting for pray or BLOOD!!!
I have a lot of time to think about such things when stuck in traffic...
But if you'd rather have the scary more
But if you'd rather have the scary more
IN YOUR FACE!
I know a place!
Oh look look look! I'm always Smurfing on about 'Smurf this' or 'Smurfadoodle that' and then, what do I find on in the middle of the pavement walking home?!?
How absolutely Smurfy!!!

Three was rainthen there was moreyet Joleft nomuddy prints on the floor!* Which after seeing the state of her feet was really just amazing!
In other news
I lost my stress ball last week, dropping it in the 1 place, the 1 place, it could get lost in!
I wrote a very heart rendering poem about it.
*wipes tear*
I've been writing a TON of poems lately! They're usually very short and interesting, and not sad and dodgy I promise, and are literally day-to-day journal entries on what's happening to me that day, and yes, I am shamelessly sharing the link here!

For the people who will bookmark and read it - YOU GUYS ARE BEST GUYS!!!!!
To the rest?
Eh well!
Bren has started going back to gym on weekends, which is really Better Than Nothing (BTN - our motto for the year for good things), he hasn't been in in a while due to work, time, and swirly-whirly thoughts on the subject!
GO MR B!!!!
Most everyone is back at the office and it's time to knuckle down and work hard at avoiding working hard!!
Let's get busy and do what we do best - whatever that might be!
From the couple who put their best effort in, even if it's something icky we just want to get over with,
~JoBren!
